As another fallout Wednesday NATIONAL HOLIDAY fireworks in Victoria Harbour is CANCELLED !
Surely CY Leung pissing his pants sitting there on a open stage together with Carrie Lam and others, including heavy weight guests from mainland communist party. What an opportunity to ruin that. Besides this surely security concerns for the public viewers also triggered that decision.
Now the situation is following: Police have almost totally withdrawn. Protestors assemble now in following areas: Central, Admiralty, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay and (!) Mong Kok (Kowloon Side).
Schools have been closed in Western & Central. Banks followed suit in that districts. ATM's are getting undermaintained - bank rush is NEXT ?
CY Leung is now getting somewhat a problem, simply in not reacting at least at all in some way - no ideas how to do that Mr Leung ? Maybe this next few days will bring your career as HKG CE to an end quickly. Maybe even Beijing slightly pissed about CY is handling the situation. The people are definitely pissed about that.
