This is still an almost "unsolved mystery".
Following questions to the COMMISSIONERS OFFICE Mr. Song:

Where can a Hong Kong permanent resident apply the VISA NOTIFICATION LETTER ?
Please advise exact address of the relevant authority or office.
2)
What documents are exactly needed for this application ? If there are any forms existing for this documents please inform where to find them.
3)
How long will this application take and what kind of visa will be issued after having received
the VISA NOTIFICATION LETTER ?
4)
Will the Visa be restricted to the place / province where the VISA NOTIFICATION LETTER was issued ?
5)
Is it true that only staff from existing WFOE's or JV in the mainland are entitled to apply for the VISA NOTIFICATION LETTER ?
