Lowu 18.01.2013: The Aptamil Man & The Napkins Man

Here you can see what is going on directly after the Lowu border exit: 100's of people stacked with goods "parallel imported" from Hong Kong for selling over the border. The HKG authorities "trying a lot" to stop this activities. It was revealed today 60% of this traders are permanent HKG residents - the rest is mainland people with multiply entry visa.
