No right of abode for domestic helpers...........

and in my opinion this decision is 100% CORRECT ! Domestic helpers when they come here know they are coming here under a 1-contract system. They are not "normally residing in Hong Kong" - they are completely dependent on some employer who gives accomodation, food, daily neccesities etc to them. Therefore the idea for the HKG minimum wage (HKD 30 / hour from May 1st) applied for foreign domestic helpers can also be scrapped herewith.
