Our HK SAR Government.........

....is very, very quiet about this issue.
Have there been already some talks to ease the burden of thousands of HK permanent residents with "foreign passports" who need to go frequently to the mainland ?

the longer it takes the bigger the harm ....and in the end who is the stupid one ? Tired of waiting - it is very frustrating - it seems the people who are governing us are not very much interested in our worries and our "small" or "bigger" business we are doing here and with their "comrades" in CHINA - very dissapointing - no more to say ..............are we in 2046 already ???????

Hi Anon there ....maybe many do not know what 2046 means - for myself I am not worried about 2046 as this I will only see either from heaven or hell - for the moment I prefer HELL - because the whole thing is like being "roasted"...what was good + welcome (esp our MONEY) for more than 10 years suddenly counts ZERO - maybe some overconfidential analysts somewhere in the high NOrth thinking that the GAMES (MONEY) will all compensate the losses we have to suffer now + the losses of our suppliers - but I am quite sure that none of our suppliers will have any extra kwai in their pockets with the OLYMPICS ......maybe McDoof + Adidas - yes they already won the gold medals - not forget VISA - haha - they should open their mouth to have this bad image on the name sooner or later ....ahhh maybe we can buy a VISA with a VISA CARD - yes maybe this is the solution...........

"Despite the tighter regulations, Qin said China still welcomed foreigners to China for study, work and travel."

One more I want to add: Mr. Qin forgot to mention the friends...it seems the friends are not welcome anymore......besides SIEMENS, VW, Adidas and all the other BIG SHOTS ..there are many more other friends of China and maybe this friends contributed to China much more than Mr Qin can even imagine in his wildest dreams...Maybe he should ask our Hon Mr. Donald Tsang about this......

One comment posted on the POLL comments really worth also to be published here. From Gweilo:
"Next time one of these so called business leaders makes an appeal to foreign business people to support China, I'll say sure - PLEASE TAKE A NUMBER and HERE'S A LINK TO OUR WEBSITE which has contradictory information."
