yes anarchy is all over china:
1) Taxi driver gangs can charge almost whatever they want.
2) Hookers of all kind of asian decent are everywhere.
3) Prices on food markets are controlled by gangs.
4) Traffic in big cities is totally out of control - a red traffic light has no meaning.
5) Big exhibitions are abused by hawkers to sell fake goods & fake entry badges.
6) Everybody want to cheat everybody.
